Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and dependable Operations Officer – Night to oversee and coordinate night-time operations. You will monitor logistics activities, support transportation coordination, respond to operational issues, and ensure seamless service delivery during assigned shifts.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining operational efficiency throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
Monitor and coordinate night-time logistics and transportation activities.
Track operations and ensure timely execution of service requests.
Communicate with drivers, field teams, and clients to resolve operational issues.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Escalate urgent matters promptly and provide timely updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
You demonstrate:
A minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work night shifts and operate remotely when required.
Experience in logistics and transportation operations.
High levels of responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail.
