Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations, Sales & Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations, support sales initiatives, and enhance marketing efforts. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, drive customer engagement, and help maintain high levels of satisfaction while supporting the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Process and manage daily customer orders via WhatsApp, website, or direct channels.
- Track and update inventory levels accurately.
- Coordinate deliveries with dispatch riders and logistics partners.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and customer data.
- Support supplier coordination and restocking.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Sales Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
- Convert inquiries into sales and follow up with leads and existing customers.
- Promote subscriptions and repeat orders.
- Support pharmacy outreach, follow-ups, and distributor relationships.
Marketing & Social Media
- Post engaging content on Instagram and other social platforms.
- Assist with influencer outreach and coordination.
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Support execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Customer Experience
- Ensure fast, professional, and friendly communication with customers.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
Reporting & Tracking
- Update daily sales tracker (Excel).
- Track influencer performance and promo code usage.
- Maintain pharmacy CRM updates.
- Provide weekly performance summaries to the CEO.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Operations: Order accuracy rate (target: 98%+), delivery turnaround time.
Sales: Daily/weekly sales targets, conversion rate (inquiries → purchases), repeat customer rate.
Marketing: Social media posting consistency (4–5 posts/week), engagement rate (likes, comments, DMs).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Tech-savvy, proficient with WhatsApp, Instagram, and Excel.
- Sales-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
Experience:
- 1–3 years in administration, sales, or marketing roles.
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Graduate degree in Marketing is a plus.
