Role Overview

Growth Architects Ghana is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with retail partners. The successful candidate will actively identify sales opportunities, manage retail accounts, and support the effective execution of sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and clients.

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market presence within assigned territories.

• Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

• Monitor retail merchandising to ensure products are well presented and available.

• Track inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain product availability.

• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance to support decision-making.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, FMCG sales, or modern trade sales.

• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets and KPIs.

• Good understanding of retail merchandising and inventory management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
