Job Purpose
The OOH Sales Executive drives revenue growth by identifying, selling, and managing Out-of-Home advertising opportunities. The role leverages strong market knowledge, strategic route planning, and client relationship management to maximize sales performance across high-impact advertising locations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new OOH advertising sales opportunities
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and agency partners
Analyze high-traffic routes and high-performing locations to drive sales strategies
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and media plans
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and placement terms to achieve revenue targets
Monitor campaign execution and ensure client satisfaction
Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging OOH opportunities
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports
Educational & Professional Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field
3–4 years’ experience in OOH sales, media sales, or a related commercial role
Strong strategic understanding of high-traffic routes and high sales drivers
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
Market-driven and results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
