Job Purpose

The OOH Sales Executive drives revenue growth by identifying, selling, and managing Out-of-Home advertising opportunities. The role leverages strong market knowledge, strategic route planning, and client relationship management to maximize sales performance across high-impact advertising locations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new OOH advertising sales opportunities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and agency partners

  • Analyze high-traffic routes and high-performing locations to drive sales strategies

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and media plans

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and placement terms to achieve revenue targets

  • Monitor campaign execution and ensure client satisfaction

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging OOH opportunities

  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports


Educational & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field

  • 3–4 years’ experience in OOH sales, media sales, or a related commercial role

  • Strong strategic understanding of high-traffic routes and high sales drivers

  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities

  • Market-driven and results-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
