Job Purpose

The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of schedules, communications, and confidential matters. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and appointments

  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation

  • Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion

  • Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders

  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points

  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative issues


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

  • Proven experience supporting senior management or executives

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
