Job Purpose
The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring the efficient day-to-day management of schedules, communications, and confidential matters. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information with discretion
Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative issues
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Proven experience supporting senior management or executives
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
