Position Summary

CleanEats Company Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO. This role plays a vital part in creating a structured, efficient, and professional work environment by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting daily business operations.

The Personal Assistant will work closely with senior leadership and act as a trusted partner in ensuring smooth and effective executive operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.

  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries as required.

  • Support administrative and operational tasks across departments when needed.

  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

  • Maintain organized records, files, and digital documentation.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.


Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a Food-related field is preferred.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.

  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Flexible, dependable, and willing to take initiative.
