Job Purpose
The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support to senior management. The role ensures efficient coordination of schedules, communication, documentation, and operational activities while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant will:
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
Organize meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and itineraries when required.
Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential documentation.
Support internal and external stakeholder communication on behalf of management.
Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Conduct basic research and compile data to support decision-making.
Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and partners.
Perform any other duties assigned to enhance executive and departmental efficiency.
Educational & Professional Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
A relevant diploma or certification (e.g., Office Management) may be accepted with significant relevant experience.
Proven experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
