Position Summary
The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring the efficient management of daily operations, schedules, communications, and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of coordination between the Managing Director, internal teams, and external stakeholders while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate communication between the Managing Director, employees, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
- Support the Managing Director in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
- Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business meetings, events, and corporate activities.
- Perform additional administrative and executive support duties as required.
Key Requirements
- Must be a resident of Ghana (Accra-based candidates are preferred).
- Proven experience in secretarial management, executive assistance, or a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and general office management systems.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
