Role Overview

The Photo and Videographer will be playing a key role in capturing, producing, and editing high-quality visual content that showcases properties, projects, and the Estate Masters brand. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and the ability to translate marketing concepts into compelling visual content that supports sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs and video footage of properties, sites, events, and promotional activities.

• Plan and execute photo and video shoots in alignment with marketing and branding objectives.

• Edit and produce professional photos and videos for use across digital platforms, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

• Ensure consistent visual quality, branding, and storytelling across all content.

• Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment and digital assets.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop engaging visual content.

• Organize, store, and archive digital media files efficiently.

• Stay current with photography, videography, and editing trends relevant to real estate marketing.

  Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Videography, Media Production, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years’ relevant working experience in photography and videography, preferably within real estate, media, or marketing environments.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in photo and video editing software and camera equipment.

    Additional Requirements

    • Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

    • Good communication and teamwork skills.

    • Portfolio of previous photography and videography work will be an advantage.
