Job Summary

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Poultry Farm Hands/Attendants to join our team in Nkawkaw. The successful candidates will support daily farm operations, ensure proper care of poultry, and maintain a clean and safe farm environment while contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Feed and care for poultry according to established standards
• Clean and maintain poultry housing, equipment, and farm surroundings
• Monitor bird health and report any signs of illness or irregularities
• Assist with egg collection, sorting, and storage
• Follow biosecurity and hygiene protocols at all times
• Support general farm operations as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth farm operations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic education or ability to read and follow instructions
• Prior experience in poultry farming is an advantage but not required
• Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Willingness to live and work on the farm
