Role Overview

Kindred Seed Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the early learning experiences of children by creating a supportive, engaging, and development-focused classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities.
• Guide children in developing foundational skills, including cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Create a nurturing, safe, and interactive classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and provide appropriate support where needed.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and learning outcomes.
• Ensure the overall well-being, safety, and care of all children.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Relevant teaching certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori education, or a related field.
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Demonstrated passion for working with young children.
• Patient, caring, and nurturing personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Applicants residing in Ofankor or nearby areas are preferred.
• Only candidates based in Accra should apply.
