Position Summary

Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd. is seeking experienced and client-focused Private Bank Officers / Managers to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients in Accra. The successful candidates will actively deliver personalized banking solutions, strengthen client loyalty, and contribute to the bank’s private banking growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients

• Provide tailored financial advisory services, including investment, lending, and wealth solutions

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive engagement

• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell appropriate banking products

• Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction

• Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

• Prepare client reports and contribute to portfolio performance reviews

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking solutions

Requirements & Qualifications

• University Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower

• At least two (2) years of experience managing high-net-worth clients in a corporate environment

• Strong understanding of private banking, wealth management, or relationship management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
