Job Summary

Blow Group seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize procurement operations. The successful candidate will develop strategic sourcing plans, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies aligned with company goals
• Source, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to secure favorable terms
• Ensure the timely procurement of raw materials and services to support operations
• Monitor market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with production and finance teams to align procurement activities
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and conduct supplier performance evaluations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is an added advantage
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in procurement, preferably within manufacturing
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Sound knowledge of procurement systems and best practices
