Job Summary

The Production Officer will plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality video and multimedia content that aligns with the company’s brand, communication goals, and creative standards. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong technical skills in video production and post-production, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for internal and external use

• Coordinate production activities from concept development through final delivery

• Operate and maintain video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio tools

• Edit and package video content using industry-standard software

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and communications teams to meet project objectives

• Ensure all productions meet quality, branding, and deadline requirements

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

• Stay up to date with current production trends, tools, and best practices

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Communication or a related field (Video Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, or equivalent)

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience working in an agency or a reputable production house

• Strong proficiency in video editing and production software

• Solid understanding of storytelling, visuals, and post-production workflows
