Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Professional Bar Attendant to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will create a warm and engaging atmosphere for guests while delivering high-quality beverage service in line with the hotel’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable guest experience.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of the bar area.

• Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements promptly.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Process orders and payments accurately.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.

• Proven experience as a bar attendant, bartender, or similar role in the hospitality industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology techniques.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
