Role Overview

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Professional Driver to provide safe, efficient, and reliable transportation services. You will ensure the safe conveyance of staff, executives, and company assets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and punctuality.

You will represent the company through your conduct, appearance, and commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Safely transport company staff, executives, and visitors as assigned.

• Ensure vehicles remain clean, well-maintained, and in excellent working condition.

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs.

• Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies.

• Plan efficient routes and account for traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding company matters and passengers.

• Keep accurate travel logs and fuel records.

• Remain flexible to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.

Educational & Professional Requirements

You must:

• Hold a valid Ghanaian driver’s license (Class C or higher).

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a professional or executive driver.

• Demonstrate familiarity with routes and traffic patterns in Accra and/or Takoradi.

• Possess good communication skills and maintain a professional appearance.

• Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and punctuality.

• Show willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
