Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Coordinator to lead the implementation of the Tiisi Tenga Project. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, ensure timely delivery of outputs, and drive high-quality performance across all project components, with a strong focus on sustainability and impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities across target regions
- Ensure effective delivery of project outputs in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and report on performance
- Work closely with field teams, partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration
- Support the integration of carbon credit initiatives where applicable
- Prepare comprehensive technical and progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor project indicators and implement adaptive strategies for improved outcomes
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Environmental Science
- Rural Development Studies
- Forestry
- Project Management
- Agriculture
- Economics
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably within carbon credit or environmental projects
- Strong proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects effectively
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work across diverse communities and environments
