Role Overview
Akka Kappa Ltd seeks a proactive and organized Property Management Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for our property management team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective tenant relations, and efficient coordination of facilities and property activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the property management team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and facility-related activities.
Maintain accurate property records, tenant files, and relevant documentation.
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.
Prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence as required.
Support property management projects and events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and property management best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in property management administration, facilities coordination, or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
