Role Overview

Akka Kappa Ltd seeks a proactive and organized Property Management Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support for our property management team. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, effective tenant relations, and efficient coordination of facilities and property activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the property management team in daily administrative and operational tasks.

  • Coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and facility-related activities.

  • Maintain accurate property records, tenant files, and relevant documentation.

  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.

  • Prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence as required.

  • Support property management projects and events.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and property management best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in property management administration, facilities coordination, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with property management systems is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
