The West African Science Service Centre on Climate Change and Adapted Land Use (WASCAL) is looking for a Fund Raising and Project Manager to lead its Fund Raising and Project Management Unit.

The position is based at WASCAL Headquarters in Accra, Ghana.

Qualification Required & Experience

Education

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, International Development, Environmental Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in fundraising, project management, or business development, preferably within international organizations or development agencies.
• Proven track record in mobilizing funds and managing donor relations.
• Strong experience in developing and managing large, complex projects.
• Demonstrated capacity to design and manage training programmes in resource mobilization.
• Experience with climate change, renewable energy, or sustainable development projects will be an asset.
