Role Overview
The Gift Gallery seeks a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations while creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers, visitors, and clients in a polite and professional manner.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and administrative area.
Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, filing, and correspondence.
Assist with basic office operations, data entry, and record keeping.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth showroom operations.
Uphold company policies, professional standards, and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
