Position Summary

The company is seeking a friendly and reliable Receptionist / Waitress to support front-of-house operations. This role plays a key part in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere by receiving customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean service area.

The successful candidate will represent the company professionally while ensuring customers enjoy a pleasant and efficient service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers in a polite and professional manner.

• Receive phone calls and respond to messages via WhatsApp or other communication platforms.

• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.

• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the service and reception areas.

• Maintain good personal hygiene and a neat appearance at all times.

• Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve issues courteously.

• Support daily opening and closing activities as assigned.

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Basic education (SHS or above is acceptable).

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.

• Proficiency in English; ability to speak Twi is a strong advantage.

• Comfortable using a mobile phone for calls, WhatsApp, and basic note-taking.

• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.

Experience

• Previous experience as a waitress, food vendor, or hospitality worker is an advantage.

• Experience serving customers and clearing tables is preferred.

• Candidates without prior experience may apply if they demonstrate a willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
