Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Recruiter to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities within a fast-paced, international environment. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.

This role requires a confident HR professional who actively drives recruitment processes, builds strong talent pipelines, and ensures alignment with global hiring standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, role requirements, and selection criteria.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, and offer management.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, nurturing passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs, campus engagements, and recruitment events.
  • Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions and structured interview guides.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within ATS and HR systems (including SuccessFactors).
  • Ensure a positive, transparent, and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and culture in all candidate interactions.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ in-house experience in a Talent Acquisition function, preferably within an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Advanced level of English and strong MS Office skills.
  • Certification in talent assessments will be an added advantage.
