Role Overview:
The Recruitment Officer will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a passion for identifying and engaging top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Build relationships with tertiary institutions, particularly LEGON, KNUST, and UCC, to attract fresh talent.

• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and report on hiring metrics.

• Coordinate and participate in career fairs, campus outreach, and recruitment events.

• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective hiring strategies.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• Must be a tertiary graduate.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve recruitment targets.

• Familiarity with recruitment tools and online job platforms is a plus.
