Role Overview:
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, manage teams, and drive performance to ensure sustained business growth. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals across assigned regions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management.

  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools and MS Office for sales tracking and reporting.

  • Travel within assigned regions to support sales activities, client meetings, and team management.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to travel across regions in Ghana.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
