Position Summary
Guaranty Trust Bank Ltd. is seeking experienced and results-oriented Relationship Managers – Corporate Banking to manage and grow corporate client portfolios in Accra. The successful candidates will actively build strong client relationships, deliver tailored banking solutions, and support the Bank’s corporate banking growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate banking clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate decision-makers
Identify client needs and provide tailored corporate banking solutions
Drive deposit mobilization, asset growth, and revenue generation
Structure and manage credit facilities in line with bank policies and risk standards
Monitor client accounts to ensure credit quality and regulatory compliance
Prepare credit proposals, account reviews, and client performance reports
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless banking services
Proactively identify new business opportunities within the corporate segment
Requirements & Qualifications
University Degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower
At least two (2) years of experience managing corporate banking or corporate client relationships
Strong understanding of corporate banking products and credit processes
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
