Position: Reservations & Ticketing Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Duty Station: Hybrid – Remote and On-site (AbtonCrafters HQ – 8th Floor, One Airport Square, Airport City, Accra, Ghana)

Position Overview:
AbtonCrafters seeks a detail-oriented and results-driven Reservations & Ticketing Officer to manage flight and hotel bookings while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will actively contribute to revenue growth and maintain high booking standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process flight and hotel reservations accurately and efficiently.

  • Issue, reissue, and refund tickets in line with airline policies.

  • Advise clients on travel options, fares, schedules, and travel requirements.

  • Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.

  • Resolve booking discrepancies and customer inquiries promptly.

  • Meet monthly sales and booking performance targets.

  • Ensure compliance with airline regulations and company policies.

Performance Targets:

  • Achieve a minimum monthly ticketing/booking volume of GHS 80,000.

  • Maintain a booking accuracy rate of at least 98%.

  • Complete a minimum of 30 bookings per month (combined flights and hotels).

Educational & Professional Requirements:

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree (an advantage).

  • Prior experience in ticketing/reservations or within an airline or travel agency is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of booking systems and ticketing procedures.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
