Role Overview

The company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining hygiene standards and supporting the overall guest experience through consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms and assigned areas according to company standards

• Ensure rooms are properly prepared, stocked, and presented

• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times

• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily operational needs

• Deliver services with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: WASSCE

• At least two (2) years’ relevant work experience in a similar role

• Must reside in Tema or its environs

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and follow instructions

• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and commitment to duty
