Position: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Ghana, Accra/Kumasi/Takoradi
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

➢ Visit local markets as required by the company to identify potential clients.
➢ Coordinate with the sales manager and freight forwarders to arrange shipment of goods.
➢ Maintain sales contract records, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and track sales performance.
➢ Oversee local logistics and warehouse operations
➢ manage daily coordination and verification of shipping documents between the finished goods warehouse and the finance department.
➢ Assist in handling after-sales service and promptly address customer complaints.
➢ Manage, categorize, organize, archive, and safeguard sales contracts and other marketing documents。

 

Qualifications and Requirement

◆ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales.
◆ Proficient in office software with strong data processing skills.
◆ Aterm player with self-motivation and integrity.
◆ Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
