Job Summary

Sanlam Allianz seeks motivated and results-oriented Sales Agents to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The role offers a flexible opportunity for driven individuals, including those currently employed and seeking additional income, to build a rewarding sales career within a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively market and sell insurance products to prospective and existing clients

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups

• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations professionally

• Maintain accurate sales records and client documentation

• Represent Sanlam Allianz in line with company values and brand standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: WASSCE (HND or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)

• At least 1 year’s experience in insurance sales is an added advantage

• Open to individuals currently employed and seeking additional income

• Must be 18 years or older

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

• Fast learner with a positive attitude and growth mindset
