Job Overview

Fashion For All is seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Sales & Marketing Executive to join our ready-made garments retail shop in North Kaneshie. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, attracting new customers, and delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
• Promote and sell ready-made clothing and fashion items
• Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs
• Maintain proper display and arrangement of merchandise in the shop
• Support daily store operations, including stock handling and inventory checks
• Develop and implement simple marketing strategies to attract customers
• Use social media platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) to promote products
• Ensure the shop environment is clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements

• Minimum of SHS qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
• Familiarity with social media marketing is an advantage
• Must be proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
