Job Summary

Zonda Tec Ghana is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Kumasi team. The successful candidate will actively drive sales, develop marketing strategies, and expand the company’s client base. You will play a critical role in promoting products, engaging customers, and achieving sales targets while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new customers within the automotive sector

  • Promote and market the company’s vehicles, parts, and services effectively

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitors

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management

  • Participate in product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional events

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery


Educational Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive or Marketer in the automobile industry

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Goal-oriented, results-driven, and customer-focused

  • Knowledge of sales and marketing tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing is a plus
