Job Purpose

The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of national marketing and sales strategies to drive brand growth, market penetration, and commercial performance. The role ensures strong brand positioning, effective campaign management, and seamless collaboration across Sale and other key functions. The manager will oversee brand, trade, and digital teams, ensuring excellence in execution, budget efficiency, and the achievement of overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead national marketing strategy; planning & forecasting
  • Strengthen brand positioning, identity & visibility
  • Manage brand portfolio, NPD, packaging & campaigns
  • Drive trade marketing, consumer activations & POSM deployment
  • Conduct market research & provide performance insights
  • Collaborate with Sales: Supply Chain, Finance & other teams
  • Manage marketing budgets & ensure cost efficiency
  • Lead and develop marketing, brand, trade & digital teams

Qualifications
