A reputable firm in Accra is seeking to employ a Sales and Marketing Officer.

Qualification Requirements

1. HND or higher in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
3. Ability to meet sales targets and communicate effectively.
4. Experience in Ghana’s market landscape (FMCG, retail, services, or B2B) is advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Promote company products and services to new and existing customers.
• Conduct market research and help identify potential business opportunities.
• Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and close sales deals.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and field activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
