ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales and Marketing Representative drives market expansion and brand visibility by promoting pharmaceutical and medical products, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned territories.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Marketing Representatives will:

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare providers and distributors

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other stakeholders

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies in assigned territories

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance indicators

  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide market intelligence

  • Participate in product launches, trainings, and promotional activities

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medical Sales, or a related field

  • Have 2–3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales

  • Possess a valid driver’s license or have access to a reliable car

  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Be self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

  • Show willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
