Position Summary

The Sales Assistant will support customers throughout their shopping experience, promote products, and ensure the store operates smoothly. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and support customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Promote store products and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
• Support inventory arrangement, stock replenishment, and store organization.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve sales performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service or retail experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
