Position Overview

We are seeking a vibrant and proactive Sales Attendant to engage with our customers, promote our services, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will combine excellent communication skills with proficiency in IT tools to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing information about services and promotions.
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale and IT systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and promoting new services.
• Use IT tools and applications to record transactions, manage orders, and monitor service requests.
• Assist with stock management and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Female candidate preferred.
• Must reside in East Legon, Adjiringanor, School Junction, or surrounding areas.
• Minimum of Diploma/HND in any relevant field.
• Proficient in IT tools and applications, including point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Professional, approachable, and able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
