Sales Coordinator (Full-Time)

Location: Accra, Ghana

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the seamless coordination of customer orders and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer orders from confirmation through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Liaise with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Transport teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient order fulfillment process.
  • Monitor order progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement timely solutions to minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, delivery schedules, and related documentation.
  • Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to provide updates on order status and resolve inquiries.
  • Support the sales team by coordinating administrative activities and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Prepare sales and order status reports to support operational planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards throughout the order management process.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales coordination, customer service, order management, or a related role.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or fast-moving consumer goods environment is an added advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with ERP or order management systems is an added advantage.
