Role Purpose
The Sales Development Intern will support business growth by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and engaging prospects across Ghana. The successful candidate will contribute to sales outreach, customer engagement, and demo coordination while gaining practical experience in technology sales, SaaS business development, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers including HR departments, recruitment agencies, SMEs, and startups across Ghana.
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to generate leads and book product demonstrations.
- Support and participate in demo sessions alongside the company founder and sales team.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to conversion.
- Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline records using tracking tools and CRM systems.
- Attend HR events, networking sessions, and business meetups to generate new business opportunities.
- Gather customer and prospect feedback and communicate insights to the product team.
- Achieve weekly outreach, engagement, and demo booking targets.
- Support ongoing business development and sales initiatives aimed at company growth.
Educational Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication ability are highly valued.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is required.
- Basic understanding of technology products or SaaS solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence in engaging new people.
- Ability to use LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email professionally for business communication.
- Results-driven mindset with resilience and confidence in handling sales outreach.
- Good organisational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Added Advantage
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
