Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Tamale. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to achieving company targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Ghana)
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in a sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
