Position Summary
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing commercial team. The successful candidates will actively promote our appliance portfolio, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth through effective retail and B2B engagement.
You will play a key role in representing the brand, increasing product visibility, and delivering excellent customer experiences across all sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell German-engineered home and kitchen appliances to customers and business partners.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across retail and B2B markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and distributors.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, customer feedback, and performance updates.
- Support promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2)+ years of proven experience in face-to-face retail sales, relationship marketing, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic sales reporting.
