Job Summary

Prinlex Pharmacy is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to support sales growth and strengthen customer relationships within the Accra area. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, promoting pharmaceutical products, and delivering exceptional service while meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a friendly and professional environment that encourages customer engagement and loyalty.

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, healthcare providers, and retail outlets.

• Provide accurate product information and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Conduct regular market visits within Accra and surrounding areas.

• Prepare and submit sales reports and market feedback to management.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of pharmaceutical products.

  Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of WASSCE Certificate or higher qualification.

  • At least two (2) years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Class B or above).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.

  • Applicant must reside in Accra or nearby environs.
