Responsibilities

• Customer outreach and education about Jibu water and our products
• Ask for feedback on provided products and resolve clients complaints
• Inform customers on new products and services
• Generate leads, enter customer information and any other data into a database
• Execution of sales and marketing activities in your territory
• Direct field sales to customers including households, businesses and retailers
• Manage customer relationships, including visits to their homes or workplaces to gather feedback
