Key Responsibilities
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and business proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies and objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Qualification and Experience
Applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales reporting tools.
