As part of our expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Officer. 

Role Overview

The Sales and Marketing Officer plays a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening customer engagement. This role requires a proactive “hunter mentality,” strong presentation skills, and the ability to confidently communicate and demonstrate products and solutions. The successful candidate will work autonomously, identify new opportunities, and actively contribute to both sales execution and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

  • Present, demonstrate, and clearly articulate Data Centa Limited’s products and services to clients.

  • Develop a deep understanding of products and solutions to communicate value confidently and accurately.

  • Execute sales strategies with a hunter mindset, focusing on new business acquisition.

  • Support and contribute to marketing initiatives, including basic digital marketing activities and lead generation efforts.

  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and reports with a high level of professionalism.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

  • Represent the company professionally at meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.

    Skills, Competencies & Experience

    • Strong hunter mentality with a proven drive to pursue and close new business opportunities.

    • Excellent presentation and product demonstration skills.

    • High level of product fluency and ability to quickly learn and communicate technical or service-based offerings.

    • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • High degree of autonomy, self-motivation, and accountability.

    • Working knowledge of digital marketing basics, including online promotion and lead generation.

    • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
