Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join their growing team.

They are a provider of innovative software solutions and are looking for a motivated individual-preferably female-who can drive revenue growth and strengthen their market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s suite of software products to new and existing clients.
• Identify sales opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and proposals to clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• HND or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in software sales.
• Strong understanding of the tech/software market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Highly motivated, confident, and proactive.
