Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s IT products and services
• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and support marketing activities, including digital and social media platforms
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations with strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Minimum qualification should be Senior Secondary School Certificate (WASSEC or Equivalent)
• Proven experience in sales and marketing
• Excellent communication and attention to details
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Honest, transparent, and professional in all dealings
• Knowledge and experience in social media marketing is highly recommended
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
