Job Summary

Divine Organic Hub is seeking a customer-focused and results-driven Retail Sales Assistant to support daily store operations. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming shopping environment, assist customers with product selection, process sales efficiently, and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic sales acumen, and the ability to meet assigned sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and provide a warm, welcoming shopping experience.

  • Assist customers by explaining product features, benefits, and usage.

  • Demonstrate products where necessary to support informed purchasing decisions.

  • Actively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Process transactions accurately using cash and electronic payment systems.

  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed at all times.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Support the achievement of daily and monthly sales targets.

  • Comply with company policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Education: Diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic numeracy and transaction-handling ability.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer orientation.

  • Residency Requirement: Applicants must reside within Weija–Kasoa corridor or Achimota area for ease of commuting.
