The Position

The Sales Representative actively drives business development initiatives and expands the firm’s client base. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and maintaining long-term relationships that support the growth objectives of Plato Consult.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients within assigned markets.

• Promote the firm’s services and present tailored solutions to clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and performance objectives.

• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.

  Qualifications and Experience

  Applicants must:

  • Hold a minimum of a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • Possess at least five (5) years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

  • Reside in Accra or its environs.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Exhibit a results-driven mindset, professionalism, and integrity.
