Position Summary

West African Hardware & Decor Ltd. is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Boy to support daily sales operations and product handling at our Adenta location. The successful candidate will actively engage customers, assist with product sales, and support inventory and store operations, while being flexible to work outside Accra when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively assist customers with product selection and inquiries

• Promote and sell hardware and décor products in line with company standards

• Support daily shop operations, including product arrangement and stock handling

• Ensure products are well displayed, labeled, and stored appropriately

• Assist with loading, offloading, and delivery of goods when required

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

• Support sales records and basic reporting as required

• Represent the company professionally when working outside Accra

Requirements & Qualifications

• HND qualification from a recognized institution

• Minimum of three (3) years post-completion work experience

• Age range: 24 – 30 years

• Willingness and flexibility to work outside Accra when required

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Physically fit and able to handle hardware products

• Honest, reliable, and team-oriented
