Divine Organic Hub is a fast-growing organic products company committed to promoting healthy living through high-quality organic foods and wellness products. We are expanding our sales operations and are seeking motivated, customer-focused Sales Representatives and experienced Sales Supervisors to strengthen our presence within the Weija–Kasoa and Achimota markets.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Representatives

  • Actively promote and sell Divine Organic Hub products within assigned territories

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors

  • Identify new sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

  • Provide accurate product information and deliver excellent customer service

  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team

  • Ensure proper product display, branding, and stock visibility in assigned areas

Sales Supervisors

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Sales Representatives

  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results

  • Conduct regular field visits to coach and support sales staff

  • Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum educational qualification: Diploma

  • At least 1+ year of proven sales experience (supervisory experience is an advantage for Sales Supervisor roles)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Results-driven with a proactive and positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Must reside within Achimota, Weija, Kasoa, or surrounding areas
